Making money with Treasure Trooper

A couple of months ago, I stumbled upon a new approach to an online survey site called Treasure Trooper. Sites like this pay you money to take surveys, look at ads, and complete tasks. I've signed up for other "online survey sites" such as prize rebel, inbox dollars, cash crate, etc... And they were all basically the same. They're boring, tedious, and don't pay very well at all. But Treasure Trooper spices it up a little bit by adding new incentives, games, and challenges that you get paid for. And they pay very well in comparison to the other sites mentioned above. Now, don't get me wrong - you're not going to be able to quit your day job and just work for treasure trooper. But you will be able to bring in a little extra cash to the tune of $300 a month if you're willing to work for it.

Step 1 - Get an Account

Try to avoid survey sites that cost money to sign up, they are usually scams or don't pay very well. But you can sign up for a free Treasure Trooper account at www.treasuretrooper.com, plus they'll give you $1 just for joining! Once your treasure trooper account reaches at least a $20 minimum, they can send you your payment either by check in the mail, or online via paypal. If you don't believe me, just read through the Payment Proof Thread where users of the site post proof and display appreciation towards Treasure Trooper for supplying them with a little bit of extra income.

Once you have your account, move on to the next step.

Step 2 - Start Making Money

Get Paid to Review Products and Look at Ads

Now you can click on several different options on the left that will lead to you making money. Feel free to try each of them and find out which one you like best! I've personally made over $70 this month so far using Treasure Trooper, and that's just with casual use. I'd estimate that I spend about 30 minutes a day on this site, so there is much more money to be made if someone were willing to put more time into it.

Various Money-Making Options Explained

Cash Offers - Go here to look through various ads and get paid for it! There is a certain method you must use in order to get the highest approval rate, for more on cash offers please check out the Ultimate Guide

Cash Surveys - Click this option to take product surveys and get paid $0.50 to $1.00 each. There are currently 8 daily surveys so you can make up to $5.75 a day ($172.5 a month) just by completing these surveys each day.

Cash Tasks - Here there are many tasks to complete in exchange for anywhere from $0.15 - $0.90. These tasks usually involve answering some unique questions or searching for certain terms online and recording the results. On average, they take 5 - 10 minutes to complete and they have a 100% payout rate so you will always be paid for your work!

Cash Search - Clicking this option will bring you to Treasure Trooper's search engine that will allow you to search for anything (much like google.) However, there is an incentive for using Treasure Trooper's Search engine. You will occasionally "find" free Arrowheads, just for using it (if you don't know what these are, they are explained in the Games / Incentives section below.)

Cash Shopping - If you occasionally do some online shopping at Amazon, iTunes, Avon, Barnes & Noble, Hot-wire, or other sites, you might consider shopping on these sites through Treasure Trooper. By shopping while logged in to Treasure Trooper, you will be given anywhere from 2% - 20% back on your purchases! If you're going to shop online anyways, why not get some cash back?

Use The Tools at Your Disposal

Once you get the hang of Treasure Trooper, and start making money through the "Cash Offers" section, you'll realize that there is a lot of repetition in filling out your email address, name, gender, and so on. Well there's an app for that! It's called Roboform and it's completely free! You can use it to store all of this information in your browsers toolbar. Then all you have to do is click a button on your toolbar and BAM! All the forms on the page are automatically filled out for you. Now you can make four times as much money as before just by getting through the offers more quickly!

Step 4 - Get Referrals

Make Money While You Sleep

Every treasure trooper account has what's called a referral link. If you get people to click on that link or type it into their browser, sign up, and complete a few offers... you'll earn a 20% bonus of what they make! it's that easy! If they make $10, you get $2 just for having them sign up with your link! This is a great way to maximize your income.

By the way, if you get 8 pearls (from completing offers and winning the bonus game) you can buy 2 referrals from Mabutu's Trading Hut. You don't even need anyone to click on your link! Here's how it works: when you buy the referrals, the next 2 people to sign up at treasure trooper WITHOUT clicking on anyone's link will be sent to your account and be treated as your referrals. Pretty neat huh?

Step 5 - Games and Incentives

Have Fun While Earning Money

Treasure Trooper offers many games to make earning money more interesting. Each of these games give you more chances to get more money from the offers that you have completed. I will explain a few of the major bonus games, and leave the rest for you to discover.

Pearl Bonus Game - You will be able to play this bonus game every time you complete a cash offer. It lets you choose one of three closed clams. If you choose the correct one, you will win a pearl which can be used to buy Treasure Trooper referrals or converted into gold coins at the Currency Converter. Gold coins can be used to buy prizes such as Treasure Map fragments, Journal pages, and other things that can win you more money.

Dragon Liar - Treasure Trooper will give you your very own pet dragon! You can feed it, make it battle other people's dragons (and win gold coins), train it, or sell it for real money. You can also obtain new dragon eggs, hatch them, and grow even stronger dragons than the one you start out with. This game makes getting on Treasure Trooper and making money fun and almost addicting in some aspects!

Jungle Slots - You are allowed to spin the Jungle slots once per day in order to try to win money, gold coins, silver coins, pearls, and other other free prizes.
